Another Bristol rent to rent property. This one is a nice 4 bed on keys avenue.    It has a large communal lounge / dinning room and separate kitchen with front and back gardens.

The downside to this property is that the smallest room is not much bigger than a box room and the trick  I learnt here was NOT to use a divan base but rather a single bed base with storage space underneath. This provided valuable storage space for a small room which then rented out fairly quite quickly.

(all 100% legally enforceable and are a local Bristol business which is great)  Signable  will also save the completed  contract into your company drobox if you like !!    No more paper contracts – saving bucks and is so easy.   We are also trialling an online inventory process getting the tenants to  do there own inventories.   🙂 !
