Last month, Bristol Live reported the city was one of the hardest places in the UK to get on the housing ladder.
Average house prices in the UK increased by three per cent in the year to June 2018 – the lowest annual rate since August 2013. The annual growth rate has slowed since mid-2016 and has remained under five per cent, with the exception of October 2017, throughout 2017 and into 2018.
Brexit having an effect however we live on an island and space is of a premium in amongst the turmoil lies opportunity.
