We are on an island, with an ever-expanding population, there is a huge shortage of housing. The government has a commitment to developing more houses so relaxing on red tape with permitted development rights increasing all bode well for the future.  

At the same time government cracking down on the smaller BTL investors.  

For that reason, we are looking more at building properties to rent now than refurbishing to rent.  

Exciting times in the UK housing market. Let’s just get Brexit over!
