This was a lovely traditional 2 bed mid terrace property in Barton hill requiring full refurbishment throughout. Rewiring, plastering, damp course, new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and painting decorating throughout.

The property was sourced off market via our ongoing leafleting campaign.

The rental demand in this part of town is insane – receiving a 100% occupancy rate and above average market rents. Therefore I did the works and kept the property as part of my BTL portfolio. This project allowed me to recycle all of my money back out with cash back. (I have managed to do this with every BTL purchase to date)

Once the property had been refurbished it sold within 2 weeks of going on the market.
