This property sold in July 2012 and still commands the highest sold price in the street.   It was a dilapidated 3-bed semi detached family home with side garden on a mixed council estate (private and council) in the Hill Fields location of Bristol

The property was sourced through our on-going leafleting campaign and actually took a year to close.   That is the power of pipelining and keeping the leads you have within a funnel and keep checking up with the vendor.   BMV is all about the timing and  vendor situation.

Once the property had been refurbished it sold within 2 weeks of going on the market.
